Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! They are a few ways to receive a discount,  subscribe to our shop at the bottom of the page to receive 10% Your first order. Follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook we are often offering discounts and promotions,  plus find our Brand Reps they always have discounts available for our shop. :)

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you are not required to create an account in order to make a purchase but it is highly recommended.  By creating an account with AlessandrasLittleBow you gain the ability to view past orders, check order status of current orders, track each shipment and your account information will be safe making it easier and faster for future purchases.


When will my order ship?

Please check current turn around time for processing time located in the homepage.


Can I rush my order?

Yes, I am currently taking Rush orders. Please contact me with the style, size and the date you need it by and I will help you complete your order. Rush order add on is available on main menu.

How do I check status of my order?

You can simply login into your account and you will be able to view all details of current and past orders.


How long until I receive my package?

After the order is made, (please check turn around time) the order will be shipped via the service selected at checkout, this DOES NOT mean that if you select First Class mail your order will arrive in 3-5 days! It will be shipped First class mail after your order is made and fulfilled.

There is also an option at checkout where you can upgrade shipping to Priority mail which typically delivers in 2-3 days or to priority express mail for 1-2 day delivery.

**By upgrading shipping services does NOT indicate you will receive the order in the time USPS takes to deliver, this is a seperate service from my shop you are paying USPS to ship your package!

International shipping times varies by location.


 Do you accept returns and cancellations? 

Yes, you can cancel an order WITHIN 24 hours after placed, after that no cancellations will be accepted! 

There are No Refunds! But

I do take exchanges with the exception of Couture dresses and custom items.

All returns/exchanges will be issue as a STORE CREDIT that can be redeemed at any time.

To be eligible for an exchange you must contact me within 3 DAYS after you receive your order, ship back the items you wish to exchange  with the original tags, unworn and provide a tracking number so both parts can keep track of the package while it's on transit. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES, unless there was an issue or mistake on the shops part.

A STORE CREDIT will be issued to your email after the returned package arrives and items are revised.

If I select Priority mail at checkout, will my order be shipped in 2 or 3 days?

NO!,  upgrading mail service at checkout only means that once the item is ready to be shipped it will be shipped in the service selected with the exception of ready to ship items those usually ship within 48 hours after order placed. Rush orders are available but please contact me for availability before purchase.

Do you accept Sezzle?

Yes, Sezzle is available at checkout.
