Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order and created specifically for your little one. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

✨ Items that no longer fit after ordering
✨ Custom requests or personalized designs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us promptly after receiving your package so we can review the situation and work together toward a solution.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us so we can better assist you.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require special planning, materials, and design work created specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
