Handmade items are not eligible for returns, however I will gladly accept exchanges but customer is responsible return shipping. Exchanges will be issued as store credit, or the item being remade depending on situation. Email must be sent within 48 hours of package being delivered with details of why you are requesting the exchange.
If you experience any problems with your purchase please notify me within 24 hours of receiving the package and I will do my best to help with any problems with purchase.
Custom orders cannot be returned. No exceptions on customized items.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours, after that there will be no cancel orders.
